Release Athens is happy to present Fontaines D.C. one of the hottest bands of the last three years, together with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Mogwai, in a dream line up for every music fan.
Formed in Dublin, Ireland in 2017 and inspired by bands like Joy Division, Fall and The Wire, Fontaines D.C. were quickly recognized as one the best post punk bands of this era. With their third record in less than four years about to be released, we’re extremely happy to host a band ready to make the next step both artistically and commercially.
