The British band has been one of rock&#8217;s most exciting live acts for 20 years. Together with headliners The Offspring, they will open this year&#8217;s event in an explosive way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>More names to be announced soon!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2005, The Subways burst onto the international music scene with the release of their first album, \u201cYoung For Eternity\u201d, to the acclaim of John Peel and NME, who proclaimed them &#8220;the sexiest thing to sweep rock &#8216;n&#8217; roll off its feet in years&#8221;. &#8220;Rock &amp; Roll Queen&#8221;, one of the most iconic singles of the 00s, put them on the map and their thrilling performances took them to the world&#8217;s biggest festivals (Glastonbury, Reading, Rock Am Ring, Lollapalooza, etc.) and on tour with the likes of AC\/DC, Foo Fighters and Oasis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What followed was equally impressive. They released four more albums, working with great producers such as Butch Vig (Nirvana, Garbage) and Stephen Street (The Smiths, Blur), and a series of excellent singles such as &#8220;We Don&#8217;t Need Money To Have A Good Time&#8221;, &#8220;Kalifornia&#8221;, &#8220;You Kill My Kool&#8221;, &#8220;Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Bang&#8221; and many more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2023 was a very important year for the group, as apart from the release of \u201cUncertain Joys\u201d, they went on a huge tour with Ash and confirmed that they are still one of the most thrilling bands on stage.
