Fuzz Productions and En Lefko 87.7,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/b>supported by\u00a0Release Athens Festival,\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0present\u00a0Cannons<\/strong><\/b>, on\u00a0Saturday July 6th<\/sup><\/strong><\/b>, at\u00a0Technopolis City of Athens<\/strong><\/b>. The alternative electro-pop trio from Los Angeles, who have enjoyed huge success around the world in recent years, are coming to Greece for the first time for one of the most exciting live shows of the summer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Formed in 2013,\u00a0Cannons<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0consists of\u00a0Ryan Clapham<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0(lead guitar),\u00a0Paul Davis<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0(drums, keys) and\u00a0Michelle Joy<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0(vocals). With an uncanny talent for great melodies and songs equally suited to the legendary Studio 54 or summer festival season, the trio’s four albums \u2013 namely \u201cNight Call<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (2017), \u201cShadows<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (2019), \u201cFever Dream<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (2022) and \u201cHeartbeat Highway<\/strong><\/b>\u201d (2023) – earned critical acclaim from major publications (The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Consequence of Sound, etc.) and a devoted audience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most typical example is the absolute pop anthem of the current decade, “Fire For You<\/strong><\/b>“, which, after appearing in the hugely successful Netflix shows “Never Have I Ever” and “American Horror Story”, generated nearly a quarter-of-a-billion streams, topped Alternative Radio and landed the group on the roster of\u00a0Columbia Records<\/strong><\/b>. The ethereal \u201cLoving You<\/strong><\/b>\u201d received major support from local radio, while their hit list includes \u201cHurricane<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, \u201cTunnel of You<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, \u201cBad Dream<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, \u201cCrush<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, \u201cHeartbeat Highway<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, \u201cSweeter<\/strong><\/b>\u201d, with many more to come.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, they have developed into a formidable live force after countless headline shows in addition to lighting up major music festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Life Is Beautiful, Outside Lands and Electric Forest, to name but a few.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year they are embarking on their first European tour and we are especially excited that their devoted Greek audience will have the opportunity to see and enjoy them in person as their career takes off!<\/span><\/p>\n
