Andy Biersack, the creative force behind Black Veil Brides, grew up loving KISS, Batman, Sweeney Todd, The Misfits and The Phantom of the Opera – influences that shaped the band’s distinctive aesthetic and identity.
From their debut album, We Stitch These Wounds (2010), to the creative milestone that was Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones (2013), and the more mature The Phantom Tomorrow (2021), Black Veil Brides have built a massive and devoted following, with numbers that speak for themselves: “Knives and Pens” has surpassed 160 million views, while the platinum-certified “In the End” has reached 170 million, solidifying their place in the modern rock landscape.
However, their reputation wasn’t built solely in the studio. They have performed at major rock and metal festivals across America, Europe and Australia, and toured with top acts such as Avenged Sevenfold and Mötley Crüe, showcasing their explosive stage presence.
They recently released their new single, ‘Certainty’, which surpassed two million streams in just two weeks. With a new album in the works, Black Veil Brides are experiencing one of the most creatively prolific periods of their career and their long-awaited debut in Greece couldn’t come at a better time.
