Access Information

Access to Lycabettus Hill on event days is unrestricted for pedestrians and motorcycles/scooters. Riders may park in the designated parking area, following the instructions of the venue staff.

To protect the natural environment of the hill and minimise traffic congestion in the surrounding area, vehicle access to the theatre car park is restricted to people with disabilities, visitors aged 60 and over, and taxis for passenger drop-off and pick-up only.

The Municipality of Athens also provides a complimentary shuttle bus service operating continuously between the shuttle stop and the theatre from 19:00 until 21:30.

The shuttle departs from Sarantapichou Street, at the point where vehicles begin the ascent towards Lycabettus Hill, opposite 3 Sarantapichou Street.

Departure times may be adjusted according to the event schedule.

After the event ends, the shuttle bus will also provide transportation for audience members descending from the Theatre.

Priority will be given to elderly people, pregnant women, and individuals with mobility impairments or other accessibility needs.
