ACCESS & PARKING AT SNFCC’S GREAT LAWN

For those arriving from Tae Kwon Do Arena or Plateia Nerou, the recommended route is via the Esplanade. This pleasant, short walkway leads directly to Great Lawn and offers quick and convenient access to the venue.

Recommended Parking Areas (paid parking):

  • Air Force Parking Area
  • Tae Kwon Do Indoor Arena Parking
  • Parking Areas near Water Plaza

We strongly recommend using these car parks and accessing the venue via the Esplanade to avoid potential delays due to heavy traffic and limited parking availability within the SNFCC.

Alternatively, paid parking is available at SNFCC, however, the number of available spaces is extremely limited.

Accessibility & Parking Information for People with Disabilities

Release Athens x SNF Nostos ensures accessibility at the Great Lawn of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), with the aim of providing a safe and comfortable experience for all visitors.

Parking

Visitors holding a People with Disabilities (PwD) ticket are entitled to free parking in the SNFCC underground car park upon presentation of their ticket.

Access is available from the underground car park to the venue and the dedicated accessible platform. Visitors who wish to do so may also be transported to the Great Lawn by SNFCC’s golf cart. As this service may involve a waiting time, we recommend arriving at the venue early to ensure the best possible assistance.

Accessibility Platform

The dedicated accessible platform is available to holders of accessibility tickets, as well as one companion per person, provided that the companion holds a valid General Admission ticket.

Please note that seats on this section are primarily reserved for people with disabilities. Seating for companions is permitted only if they remain available after all PwD ticket holders have been accommodated.

Special Instructions

For safety reasons, to ensure the smooth operation of the event and to provide the best possible experience to everyone, the following items are not permitted in the venue: folding chairs, food, drinks, large backpacks, bulky items or other equipment or objects that may obstruct movement or compromise public safety.
