Release Athens 2026’s two-day metal celebration gets off to the best possible start, featuring three bands making their first-ever appearance in Greece.

Headlining the bill are Pantera, one of the most iconic bands in metal, finally taking to the Plateia Nerou stage to fulfil one of the biggest long-standing wishes of heavy music fans in the country.

Joining them are Trivium, one of the most influential bands in modern metal, alongside the relentless Bodysnatcher.
