VIP ticket holders are free to move around the arena, food court and any other general admission areas of the festival. Please note that alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from the VIP Open Bar may only be consumed in the VIP area.

“Open Bar” means that drinks and soft drinks available in this area are free of charge (consumption policy applies) for VIP ticket holders. Please note that free consumption of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are only permitted within the VIP area.

The VIP area is located in a privileged raised area with a clear view of the stage. As soon as the layout is finalized, it will be published on the festival website.

If you are a single-day ticket holder for an event included in the Special Offers, you can upgrade your ticket quickly and easily. All you need to do is send an email to [email protected] with subject [UPGRADE TICKET / SPECIAL OFFER]. Don’t forget to include your personal details and your ticket. We will send you a link to pay the upgrade fee and your new ticket.

All ticket holders will receive a commemorative colour printed ticket on entry. These tickets cannot be collected until you arrive at the venue.

The Festival ensures accessibility for People with Disabilities by offering a designated area with an unobstructed view of the stage. This special area is wheelchair accessible, provides seating, dedicated restrooms, and free parking. A companion is also allowed per person, provided they have already obtained a general admission ticket.

To purchase Disability Access tickets, please submit your request via email to [email protected], attaching your disability card. This card will need to be presented upon arrival at the Festival for access to the designated areas.

Multi-ticket orders (purchase of more than one ticket in a single transaction) are systematically issued by more.com under the same name. The “issuer” of the order (whose personal details have been entered) is responsible for distributing the tickets as he wishes. We remind you that, according to the general conditions of purchase, the resale of festival tickets is strictly forbidden.

There are no discounted tickets available for the above categories.

Children up to 6 years old can enter for free and do not require a ticket.

Children aged 7–12 are eligible for a discounted ticket, available only at the festival’s ticket office on the day of the event.

From age 12 and above, regular ticket prices apply.

The above exceptions do not apply to VIP tickets. VIP prices remain the same regardless of age. Even if an accompanying adult holds a VIP ticket, a separate VIP ticket must be purchased for each accompanying child.

You must be at least 16 years old to enter the festival without the presence of an adult. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Avoid using screenshots as they cannot be scanned by ticket validation machines. You can print your online ticket as you receive it from more.com or download it to your phone in high resolution.

Low intensity or even heavy rainfall will not prevent the festival from taking place. Only in the case of extreme events can there be a cancellation.

In such cases, all legal procedures will be followed for ticket refunds.

The length of the setlist is at the sole discretion of the band, we may be notified and there may still be changes.

There are a limited number of lockers available on site. It is recommended that you bring only the essentials with you to enjoy the festival comfortably.

Inside the venue you will find an organized food court offering a variety of options (street bites, cocktails, beers etc.).

You can buy merchandise from the artists and Release Athens souvenirs at the venue.

A medical team, ambulance and rescuers are always present at the festival.

The length of the setlist is entirely up to the band, so we can’t give you an exact time.

As long as tickets are not sold out, you can purchase the ticket of your choice onsite (at the box office) or online until 22:30 on the day of the event.

Any video recording for professional use or reproduction on any medium is prohibited.
